At FIT Wellness Studio we wanted to avoid the conventional health club impression so we designed our wellness studio’s atmosphere to help our clients achieve their personal fitness goals with success and confidence. Our formula of combining personal training and group exercise classes accomplishes our clients' goals of being more FIT with comfort and variety.
    Our "functional" approach to personal training mirrors the natural motion of daily physical tasks. Rather than isolating and strengthening a single muscle, as standard weight training does, functional training works entire muscle groups and we often incorporate exercises for balance and coordination. Our training technique allows us to be innovative to assure that exercising in our studio is going to be fun and productive, not another source of tension that people soon find reasons to avoid. Our programs can take as little a 30 minutes from one’s busy schedule and are a well rounded, customized mix of workout options for men and women of all ages.
    We treat our group exercise classes as group personal training. Our instructors will make sure you stay motivated and provide a higher level of personalized attention during each class than a traditional health club. Our class schedule is designed to complement our personal training programs for maximum results.
